Mr. Holland retired from the United States Air Force with twenty eight years of service and attained the rank of Senior Master Sergeant (E8). Subsequent to his military service, Mr. Holland dedicated ten years of service in the Federal Government and seven years as a Federal Contractor. His military assignments and civilian employment included the management and supervision of a diverse work force in the Logistical Services arena.
Marina Williams is responsible for leading a team of equity strategists aligned to phases of the entire employment lifecycle, ensuring equity is embedded in all people practices from design through execution.
Prior to joining Google, Marina served as Lockheed Martin Corporation's Director, Equity & Compliance. In this role Marina was responsible for the corporation’s equity and compliance programs mission and strategy; interpreting, developing and implementing equity, compliance and affirmative action initiatives enterprise-wide.
Marina joined Lockheed Martin as Director, Diversity Programs and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) leading the D&I program as well EEO efforts across the IS&GS business area. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Marina served as Chief Diversity Officer for Lear Corporation where she was responsible for developing and implementing the company’s diversity strategy. Before moving into human resources roles,
Marina held roles of increasing responsibility in quality, manufacturing, program management and Six Sigma.
Marina successfully completed the Cornell University Diversity Management Studies program as part of the inaugural program cohort. Marina is the first in the automotive industry to be granted certification as a diversity professional through the Cornell University program. Marina went on to spend three years developing curriculum and instructing in the Cornell University Diversity Certification Program.
Marina currently serves as co-chair of the Disability:IN Global Roundtable. Prior to her role at the national level, Marina was an active member of the local Metro DC Disability:In affiliate.
A native Detroiter, Marina has an MBA from Michigan State University and a BA in English Literature from Hampton University. In addition to being certified as an advanced practitioner in diversity management through Cornell University, she has also held certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
